Incredible Community and Charity Support
Word got out very quickly that police had shut down our lemonade stand across the street from our house. Neighbors, local businesses as well as strangers across the country reached out to us, offering their support and generosity. We set up a GoFundMe account to raise additional money for the charity, Compassion International and we held a virtual lemonade stand. Our whole family was invited to have a local lemonade stand at Denver's 92.5 The Wolf Radio Station. We were all on the radio and the boys had a lemonade stand for all of the DJ's. The boys even got to howl on the radio- Hooooooowoooooo. It was so fun! Our local Chick Fil A also invited the boys to pass out lemonade. For one day, they, as well as four other Chick Fil A's all across Denver donated 10% of thelr lemonade profits to the charity. The community and local businesses really came together and showed their support for lemonade stands and charity!
