Welcome to our page, where we turn lemons into lemonade stands. Last summer, my three little boys’ first ever neighborhood stand was shut down by police due to lack of permits and a complaint. They were raising money to sponsor a child living in extreme poverty. But people are kind and the boys ended up raising thousands of dollars for Compassion, helping many kids! Turns out kids lemonade stands without permits were illegal in my town, but we worked hard and Denver changed the kids lemonade stand law in September 2018!
